The option to modify your banners is a Premium feature. If you don't have a Premium Plan, you can always create your banners by yourself, send them by email to your account manager and they will upload them for you. Please, remember you have to follow Google guidelines and ad sizes.
If you have a Premium Plan, you have the option to modify your banners from your Clever ecommerce dashboard by clicking the button "Custom banner". Here you will be able to change the logo, fonts, and colors used in your banners.
