The option of customizing your banners is a Premium feature. If you are not a Premium client, you can always create your banners by yourself. Send them by email [email protected] and we will upload them to your Google Ads account. If you do so, be careful to follow Google guidelines and ad sizes.
If you are a Premium client, you have the option to customize your banners from your Clever dashboard by clicking "custom banner". Here you will be able to change the logo, fonts and colors used in your banners.
